Jennifer was born April 19, 1972 in Hoboken, New Jersey. In 1995 and 1996, Taylor competed on Miss Florida USA and actually placed as a first runner-up. But she didn’t fully rely solely on her beauty and also got a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences.
