Jillian was born September 17, 1982 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania into the family with Native American ancestry. She studied at the University of Scranton but eventually earned her BA of Arts degree in Communication at the LaSalle University. Soon after the graduation, Mele received a job as an anchor at WAGM-TV.
Her career only progressed from there. After working for several other local television stations, Jillian scored a position of news anchor at Fox News, turning into a national star. According to her Instagram account, Mele loves dogs and golf.
