Kristi was born November 30, 1971 in Watertown, South Dakota. She studied at Northern State University but dropped from school to take care of family ranch after an accident that killed her father. But she eventually finished her BA degree through the online classes from the University of South Dakota.
She is married to Bryon Noem since she was 20 years young. They raised 3 kids and they are still together as of 2020. But having a big happy family, taking care of family business, and getting her college degree are only some of her accomplishments. Noem also served in the South Dakota House of Representatives since 2006.
